Delete your account and data
You can delete your huddl account and data directly in the app or request deletion by email.
Delete your account in the app
- Open huddl.
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Choose “Delete account”.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
No access to the app?
Send an email from the email address used for your huddl account with the subject “Account and data deletion”. Include your account email address and username. After verifying ownership, we process the request within a maximum of 30 days.

- Account, profile, and sign-in data
- Your events, participation records, and invitations
- Your chat messages, photos, videos, and voice messages
- Reactions, votes, and other content you created
Retention: Account and profile data are removed after a successful deletion. Event and chat data may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion; server logs for a maximum of 30 days. In shared chats, a neutral “Message deleted” placeholder without the original content or a link to you may remain.

Is huddl free?
Yes, the basic version is free and ad-free. huddl Pro is for frequent planners, while the Event Pass unlocks premium features for one large event. Current prices are listed in the pricing section and shown in the app before every purchase.
What's the difference between huddl Pro and the Event Pass?
The Event Pass applies to exactly one event (valid up to 24 months around the date) — ideal for weddings or milestone birthdays, with no subscription. huddl Pro is a subscription for everyone who hosts regularly and applies permanently across all your events.
Do my guests need an account?
Yes, every participant needs a free huddl account. Invitees see the event preview in the browser before signing up.
Where is my data stored?
Your core event data, chats, and media are hosted with Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt am Main). See the Privacy Policy for details about other providers and data flows.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Profile → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email support@huddl.me from your account address. You can also delete individual messages, media, and your own events directly in the app.
Is huddl available in the App Store yet?
Yes. huddl is available for iOS and Android. “Get the app” automatically takes you to the right store.
